Nah, he knows exactly how good he is - that's why he shoehorns his guitar-playing into his remotes whenever he can get away with it. :) Same with singing - he sings all the time in a jokey way, but if anyone told him he had a terrible voice I reckon he'd be quite hurt. He's got an ego, he just hides it very well with all the self-deprecation.
