It's a very nice family business, and they are all very professional and courteous, and I've enjoyed talking to them; it was great. It was much more painless than I had anticipated, because having your roof redone, it is tricky. You expect it to be messy, dirty and noisy; and it wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought. The favorite part is that it doesn't leak, and it looks nice. What more can you ask from a roof? It looks super, it doesn't leak, and I haven't got to worry about it anymore. I was worrying about the roof leaking every time it rained. So that worry is off my mind, and I'm just enjoying it. There was a slight hitch in the side of the upper part of the roof, some of the decorative part -- it was rotten. We didn't think it was going to be. But they didn't let it hold up the job. We just discussed it and decided what to do, and I approved. They just dealt with it right away. So I would definitely recommend Universal to other people, I was just very pleased with the experience, and with the job they did. So I would cheerfully recommend them. Otherwise, I wouldn't be doing this. I definitely recommend them."
