Wanted to say thank you for your resort tours! Not only are you super thorough, but you show everything! I am the type of person to get a little anxious about going to a new place for the first time. I am doing 1 night here and 1 night at Royal Pacific before our Disney trip next month, and you showed me everything i wanted to see, but no one else showed!

Terrific walking tour, guys! I've said it before and I'll say it again...I feel like we owe Cabana Bay an opportunity to redeem itself. 😂 We stayed here once and only once on a _very_ quick trip down for two nights, and had a bit of a messy experience. I'm talking a two-hour wait for check-in at 11pm, restaurants closing early, the lazy river being closed for maintenance, the sink in our room not working properly and our hot water going out...just messy. Having said that, just about everyone we've ever talked to has loved (and still loves) Cabana Bay and reveres it as the go-to resort experience at Universal and I have to believe that our rough weekend there was an anomaly. One day we'll make it back and give them another shot...but it'll probably be after we try every other resort first haha ✨ Glad you enjoyed your first Universal stay!

That definitely does not sound like a pleasant experience! Ours was overall great and we really had no hiccups or issue, so we would definitely recommend giving it another shot! But definitely understand it being hard when there are just so many good resorts - and the new ones for Epic Universe coming soon there are going to be even more options! We are definitely eyeing the Helios Grand as a dream stay 👀 Thanks so much for watching 😊

Hope this video was helpful ☺️ we were actually deciding between Margaritaville and Cabana Bay, but found Cabana Bay to be slightly cheaper and had the bowling alley and access to Universal and we ended up loving it. We definitely still want to stay at Margaritaville though and it looks amazing. We had never been to Universal parks before either, so it ended up working out nicely! We tried to cover the entire layout of the resort and all of the details, so is there is anything we missed or any questions you have - let us know! Thanks so much for watching 😊

We have not stayed in the family suites at Cabana Bay! This was actually our first time ever staying there and we loved it. The family suites would be amazing to try sometime, definitely a goal for us to stay in some day. When you compare the price, amenities, theme, vibe, and overall value - it’s really hard to complete with Cabana Bay. One of the best options in all of Orlando, not just universal.
