*** Do not be afraid of the amount of vinegar !! The sauce should be allowed to brew for 2-3 weeks, only after that it is recommended to use it. The taste changes beyond recognition. The sauce is sooooo delicious !!!

Red onion 1 pc medium or large, or 2 small
Lemon 1 pc
Salt 1 tbsp
Sugar 200 g
White wine or apple vinegar 180-200 ml
Garlic 4 large cloves (5-7 small)
Dry rosemary 1 tbsp
Cloves 10 pcs
Ground pepper 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
