I love the animation they do on the screen and the fact they recapture some of the pre-ride shows with the voices and good animation movement.

To be honest, this is a *MAJOR* improvement over the New Year's Celebration Event. I get that that was an _event_ and all but this is a full-on _DLC_ and they *_had_* to get this right. *And they did.* I've never wanted a DLC for a game _THIS_ badly before. Well done, Mojang!

Hi, im the art director at Everbloom Games. Just wanted to say, Mojang didnt make this map, they use indie teams to make 90% of IP maps in the marketplace, and we are one of them (you can see which studio made each map by looking at the corner of the screen at the end of the trailers, and becuase of the credits ingame). I dont know who made the new years event, but it was not us. We worked on this map for nearly a year and we didnt know a different team was doing the new years event, thats why this dlc and the event look so different.

@SPRidley I considered writing exactly that reply! 🤣 It is a common misconception though (understandably to an extent because of the “by Minecraft” in the marketplace). I think it is clear though, that this DLC was not an attempt to rectify the less enjoyable New Years event. Your map has clearly been in the making for much longer! I enjoyed the map a lot. Did the Everbloom team get to visit a Universal Studios theme park to make the map? And is it an exact replica? 🤔

@@BedrockPrincess Yeha dont worry, we know a lot of people think all minecraft dlc is made by Mojang, just wanted to clear that for him :D And yeah! we visited Universal orlando (with IoA) and Universal Hollywood areound february last year for inspiration, but is not really a replica of any one park. The idea was making the dream Universal Studios, with past loved rides and a nod to every Universal Studios park around the world, for example, part of the JW area is based on Beijing, while the BTTF the ride building exterior (all the tree avenue, the giftshop and the building itself) is from Universal Studios Osaka. The a lot of the other stuff in the park is mix and match from Orlando and Hollywood.

Oh btw, when you get the 9 letter, if you go to the et ride entrance, the should be some flying bikes as a gift (and also ET as a mascot character). The bikes can make you fly around the park.

@BedrockPrincess in 2001 there was an official tie in game from universal studios where all the rides were minigames with bad controls, and you got points for asking trivia questions that ranged from really easy to needing an encyclopedia and picking up garbage around the park.
