Yes luis all the top 5 are beautiful esp Dominican republic and Cambodia who talked very well but Philippines stand out in communication skills. Venezuela as first runner up? To me. We are technology world and international pageant q and a are ask in English. There are Lots of Venezuelan or Latina live in America snd Canada why they could not speak or understand English. Philippines is a third world and people who are illiterate understand and speak English or combine vernacular. But I'm happy the result with combine beauty and brain and judges made a fair decision so the world are happy compare to miss universe or miss world or miss gi
