After 31 years ay nagyon lang nating lubusang nalaman ang katotohanan at kabuuan ng pageant journey ni Dindi. Way back in the day ay super marites mode na ang mga sinaunang bashers with all their unjust cackling--- and yet Dindi NEVER made patol, much less retaliate. It was indeed a tell-all of Dindi's BBP and MU journey. Adam you missed asking her about her NatCos. The scandal she was dragged before she left for Mexico, lets say the bombarding revelation of Ms Lolit Solis about her relationship with actor Mr Gabby Concepcion. I strongly believe that added up kya we can't blame Dindi, it was a stress tlga. However, her fumbled in BBP, she proved she was confident nman when she got 9.09 in her prelim interview.I knew binawi nya yon and she proved she was a rightful BBP-Universe1993 titleholder. Love ko na si Dindi fr BBP to MU93 until she joined showbiz back in 90s. Thanks God bless us all.

What a pleasant interview. It reminded me of Dindi's journey during her BB Pilipinas days when she struggled with her Q&A but still managed to win the coveted crown. However, it was Ruffa G who really nailed the question. This made me wonder, what if Ruffa had been sent to Miss Universe instead? Would we have won a third crown earlier?

2:25 Miss Ghana, Jamilia Danzuru (hope I spelled it correctly; from the top of my head recollection) , had a beauty structure that was way ahead of her time. Sadly, she did not place-- most likely due to the "conventional" beauty standards at the time. She also competed in Miss World 1991 (alongside our very own Gemith Gamparo) and again in Miss International 1994, this time, alongside Alma Concepcion.

Hi Adam, two things: you have gone a long way as host. More articulate and structured. Ang galing. But don’t use your index finger literally to stress your thoughts and what you are saying. She's advocating to speak comfortably on your own language becauae she too clamned up and chocked on her answer during the q and a at that time. Good thing that she was all poised and beautiful despite the hiccup as BPCI still considered to give her the MU tilt because at that time BPCI is eyeing a placement or crown from MW and is more positive if given to Ruffa hence the title given to her instead of MU.

In my opinion, dapat dito sa national pageants, the judges should mostly be former beauty queens and pageant kings. Coz these people have the experiences and so they would know better who to send in the global arena to vie for the crown. Both Ruffa and Dindi are smart ladies. However, Dindi is the quiet type and the deeper one. However, Ruffa is better at speaking however, Ruffa I think is the more showy type of person that you already know almost everything that she can and cannot do. While for Dindi, she has some cards laid in front of us but we are not aware that she still has some things to offer.
