It was a very strange movie that involved a prosthetic 'male part' attached to his nose. His daughter and Kevins are very close friends. Johnny agreed to do the role not only to help a close friend but also to be in a project with his daughter having a leading role instead of him. It was his idea to attach the genitals to his face to add more to the character and also make him less recognizable. lol
