Im a guitar player but I love the sound of a Hammond and have always been intrigued by them. This is by far one of the best Hammond channels out there...good stuff here

Might I add? This demonstration is a simplified idea of the original and good to give beginners and non-organists alike a glimpse of your interpretation of the arrangement. For us long time Hammond organists, I was hoping to see the left hand accomp. and a pedalboard in use. Perhaps in a future 'lesson', you could give the complete musical picture of the full Hammond Organ's most glorious voice to the students. 😊

To all you kids trying this at home, pay attention to how he changes fingers (from ring to middle) when jumping up to the A, and then again when jumping up to the B. Nice legato fingering that makes it all work.

@@UniverseofKeys Well, I had to figure that out myself, when I first figured this out. I went to your channel later to find anything I'd missed. (I was revisiting this again now as a sanity check, because I tend to morph things over the years.) I learn a lot from your channel every time I come here! I love your no-nonsense approach.
