How can you stay focused for so long? I have my head everywhere, always... It's so frustrating I really love your content, keep up the good work :)

I work for little amounts of time and take breaks! While I work if something pops into my head I write it down and tackle it in my break. I make sure my phone isn’t a distraction and that helps me to stay on task. I did a video on how to gain motivation! That might help you ❤️❤️
