I love how much of a straight shooter Coach Sampson is. He is so in the moment as a coach, he wouldn’t care if we were a D3 school he would only be concerned with winning championships. He knows going to the big 12 doesn’t make us good, we’re already good and we’re trying to get better regardless of our conference affiliation. I also like how much respect he gives to the AAC, I’m happy we’re going to the Big 12 but the AAC has been really good to us.
