University of Houston Mariachi Pumas at the 2024 Mariachi Festival

The University of Houston Mariachi Pumas were featured at the 2024 Mariachi Festival held at the Wortham Theater in Houston, Texas on August 24, 2024.
The winners of the National Youth Vocal Competition also performed with Mariachi Pumas. They were as follows:
Elementary School Category - Alessandra Gutierrez from Bakersfield, California
Middle School Category - Kaylee Bucio from West Jordan, Utah
High School Category - Reina Ley from San Tan Valley, Arizona
High School Category - Isabella Gonzalez from Roma, Texas
