The guy that makes the youtube videos was a great idea for a 20minute pacer (I'v seen your other video so thought thats what you'd run roughly) and it worked perfectly and I came 14th in 20:05. Thanks and keep the videos going

@@Scottishparkruns My home parkrun is Dunfermline, I have ran there 18 times with a PB of 31.39, however, my overall PB was at Drumpellier Parkrun in a time of 30.09
