I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Any buyer should know that they have investors like "BlackRock" behind the scenes that dictate how Woodbridge sells it's homes. So if you make an offer other than their stated incentives they go to the investor and ask. In my situation I wanted to purchase at Esprit in University Park Palm Desert. Tom Laurita the sales person there took more than a few days to get back to me after I started the negotiation process. There was no compromise or negotiation on their end (all "investor" influenced). Also, they have a preferred lender US Bank located in Newport Beach. I've spoken with this bank and they have told me that they Woodbridge has been doing 7/1 arm buydowns. I'm not interested in this type of financing but it was never offered to me as a option. Tom Laurita, Sara Near and even the executive team here in my backyard Orange County-should be ashamed of the customer service they provide. You can keep your standing homes and vacant lots.
