I got a midget and all the parts to rebuild where i'm puzzled as i don't know these cars (i have a Rootes group sunbeam i have extensively worked on rebuilt and knowledge on) the recessed rings around the cylinders baffle me? what kind of gasket goes on these. The one i have fits (holes and all) but is it supposed to crush into those recesses. thanks so much of you have the time to answer... i have enjoyed many of your videos and its great to see people share the knowledge...

Have a all of a sudden problem with my midget with 10k miles on the entire car mint condition with the engine oil over heating and oil pressure loss has the crush washer turned??????

the triump 1500 - to put it mildly not the best engine- what was they thinking swapping a good motor with the triumph unit- was it emissions or just a bad call from manufacturer??

I'd be happy to deck the block, machine the piston tops and say goodbye to the indents...
