We sang this in choir when I was in HS, Priest River, Idaho, in 1994. It randomly comes to mind and I think about looking it up and I never have. We didn't have a lead. It was just the whole choir, but I love how haunting this song is. You sing beautifully.

Thank you SO much for posting this...it's very moving for me. A choir I was part of in my childhood (Red River Children's Choir - Shreveport, LA) sang a similar arrangement by Earlene Wentz. This has always been one of my favorite of the songs we sang. It is also quite difficult to find any choral music done with such excellence and elegance. I miss being a part of that and love that this is on your channel. Thank you, again. This literally brought me to tears. 😭😍
