I was born in the 90s lived whole life in manhattan. It shatters my heart to know these days where actual diversity of thoughts, opinions, cultures, people ideas, and different music were prevelant. It was nice while it lasted! I don’t think i can watch nascar at a bar here anymore and i dont think a big country concert like this would ever happen anymore sadly. It is so homogeneous here now. Bland. Boring.

As much as I love this collaboration, and I truly do, did anyone notice the HUGE musician mess up in the intro to the song?? They recovered well, but as a musician, who has spent half his life (mine) on stage there was a BIG mess up. Listen after the count down to the start. They came in on the wrong note. Now in a bar band setting, the recovery saves the song. But at a pro-level (that I’m sure Garth pays) this flub should have NEVER happened. I’m positive someone, if not a few people got fired.
@tylerkershaw800611 ай бұрын
Upon further listening, it was the bass players mistake (shocker)
@calvin4up10 ай бұрын

I have no idea what politics has to do with this, but I will point out that Billy is a Democrat and campaigned for Obama. He openly mocked Trump on stage a few times at MSG and was outraged after Trump's take on the Charlottesville riots

Such a huge stage for a dude who doesn't dance well or interact with audience closely, I say extreme! + The ear piece wrap around microphone just looks stupid. I can't believe that many ppl were in Central Park, had to of been record setting. I don't remember this from back them, I liked Garth to a point. Love Billy Joels music, have since childhood.
