Not only is this the best version of this song that I have heard, but the most beautiful part is the fact that Billy allowed Tony Bennet to be on the stage and just be there. (Tony has Alzheimer's and con no longer sing.) So Billy put him on the pedestal that he deserves. A most awesome salute from Billy to Tony.

"Piano Man" is based on Joel's real-life experiences as a lounge musician in Los Angeles from 1972 to 1973, which he had decided to pursue in an effort to escape his contracted New York City-based record company at the time. This song often plays at the tiki bar at the beverly hill Hotel . Brings back great memories of those days of long ago.

As great as that was nobody can sing it like Billy can. Grew up on his music and it's timeless. Amazing job to all the artists
