Александр Новгородцев some advice to stop smoking and weed?
@Gidowan6 жыл бұрын
I was just so tired to go circle after circle and after circle all the time. There where no power in my decisions. I decide to stop it and just burned out all the bridges behind me. I am not yang (33 years old) and I just realized that I can do much better and that higher consciousness really exist. And by the way, I am sure that higher state of consciousness is much more powerful than the weed, which is the colorless reflection of the real power of your mind =) You just look through the keyhole when you are high, and you do not deserve even that keyhole. So just stop it and start meditating, or start meditates and stop it =) It's your choice. Mabe dada j will record a video about narcotics and the weed which is on the Russian channel.

After adopting a raw vegan diet my life changed so much, dullnes went away, i felt very joyfull and light. Meditation entered my life. But the difference between me and people around me was even bigger than before (i was and am an aware person), so that was difficult, also in the purification process there was a big release of negative emotion and seeing that there was alot of undisireable programming was a struggle to incorporate. I advice for a slow and steady transition from crued to subtle diet, since my big jump was hard on mind and body. Thank you for this video!

23:19 what you said right there is the reason I follow you and listen to your videos every day. As opposed to many other gurus who are mocking Vegan or organic such as Om Swami, you have expressed your open mindedness and willingness to discuss these very important matters. For this sole reason you have gained my immense respect sir.

Hi Dada, I love your channel. I'm a big fan and I believe that I have been led to your courses at this point in my life by a precise plan. They fit so well with my life right now! :-) I wanted to comment on the inclusion of tea as a Rajas type of substance. I find this to be in contrast with Zen Buddhism, ancient Chinese wisdom, with personal experience and with modern medicine studies. I feel that drinking quality tea once or twice a day is a very healthy habit and I find that you can really feel the qi (Prana) both when you drink it alone and when you drink it in company. I guess as with everything dose is always important, one must not exaggerate. Maybe the wisdom from Patanjali did not go into such details as dose or which kind of tea to drink. (BTW I don't think tea was a common drink in India at the time of Patajali, did he really mention tea or is there a mistake in translation?) Any comment from your side would be most welcomed. Namaste! ;-)

It does surely has some benefits, but for the meditation practice that i recommend it is undesirable. Here you have to make your mind very quiet, yet penetrating and subtle. The creates agitation, even if it seems opposite. It becomes very clear, when you progress in meditation.
@marcoalbasio49014 жыл бұрын
@@MeditationSteps Thank you for your reply. So are you saying that different techniques of clearing one's mind require different body states. Just for an example take a look at what this article says about Taoist attitude to tea. www.laoziacademy.com/taoist-culture/tao-of-tea/ I'm a strong believer in the value of many different spiritual practices. They have different paths but the goal is the same. Maybe that's the key. I will meditate more to try and find an answer to this (very small) paradox. Thanks again! Namaste!

Hello! I may not add very satisfactory report to the quest but may be for reference or as a clue you can figure this out.Tea from codes of patanjali used to refer as kada( sort of combination of himalayan herbs boiled together) which helps to rise or connect with spiritual vibrations as dada explained the food energy or power.Such kada s are still being practised among old ayurvedic vaidya or many saints knw about this.i knw this because my grandfather was one of ayurvedic doctor n i hv seen many medicine being prepared at my home from childhood:)and many such beliefs now i follow🙏🙏🙏

Hello dada. Yey another video! I get about 1 or 2 colds a year. What can I do or eat to remove the cold virus quicker?
@maximdenisyuk6 жыл бұрын
1) Fasting if you are not weakened and you do not have stomach diseases 2) Breathe only the nose, the exhalation should be longer or equal to the inhale. Breathing should be measured. Frequent breathing changes the balance of gases (O2 and CO2), this leads to negative consequences. If you feel unwell or some spasms(bronchitis, asthma,kidney pain), then reduce the frequency of your breathing. I recommend to find a video about the breathing method Buteyko. I think these videos should be in English 3)vegan diet

The best cure for cold , cough, runny nose etc is the following. It's very easy and works all the time. Chop up two large onions and put in two plastic bags. Put each of your feet in the bag so that the onion pieces touch the bottom of your feet. You can tie the plastic bag so that onion doesn't come out. Put socks on the plastic bag so that the onion stays in place, touching the bottom of the feet. Have a good night sleep with this on. Your cold and cough will be gone in the morning. In most cases just one application overnight would suffice, but in some cases you may Auvergne to repeaT one more night. No need for antibiotics, histamines or pain killers. It has helped almost everybody I have told. Good luck

I started eating meat again and lower my carbohydrate intake and reduce fruit to almost zero and I find that my mind is calmer and my anxiety is more under control. Please advise because I'm looking for a way of eating to be at peace within my mind and body but diet with legumes and fruit and grains made my health so much worse. How can this be explained?

@@MeditationSteps thank you. I have found dairy products to be blocking for my colon and gives me headaches. I currently eat meat fish vegetables and sweet potatoes and have found it the best combination for my physical and mental health. I did a lot of trial and error to find this. That is very rare. A properly planned whole food plant based diet is beneficial for everyone. Some plant foods may need to be omitted, as they will cause digestive issues in some people. There is also the problem of existing gut issues when changing from a standard western diet to WFPB. Some people have IBS, Leaky Gut, Candida etc. These problems must be addressed to establish healthy gut bacteria

And NOW 6 years later is there scope for this discussion? What is wisdom without compassion and moral principles? Honey? Dairy products? how delightful for humans "sacred" mind! Well, no,no,No. Will not participate in the exploitation and suffering of animals. Totally and completely agree with all your teachings, They resonate and make sence to me And they exist in all wisdom cultures because they are pure truth. BUT The highest principle is not to cause suffering, not to exploit, certainly not the one that is at your mercy. Learn how to wisely combine nutritional elements and mind, body and soul will benefit. Nowadays it is so easy! GO 💯% VEGAN what do you reckon? 🍎
