Devs will probably nerf combo effect. As of today, we only have a couple of combo-bas commander. But with new combo commanders coming down the road, it’s going to be out of control.

Now that I look at it it's basically a replacement for Guan if you use silent trial and horn on him, with that many procs Arthur now took Guans throne of being targeted in the Field 💀

I noticed many times you saw triple procs for the horn. Does this mean that if the horn procs on the first combo attack that it will proc on any subsequent procs? Or is it still a 30% chance per individually. I feel like three procs should be rarer than what I see in this video

The main thing might be is that rage reduction from the enemies final rage amount accumulated after rage cap or not ?

I think what this video shows is that 1. Horn is not the way for arthur, kinda like for liu che and 2. that silent trial is a good temporary solution. Don't think it's the best to run tho.
