Where do the tags (keywords) go? Title? Do you use hashtags in the listing? Is there a built in place like on Etsy to put the tags?

Hi there! Etsy has a separate tag section you will be able to fill out as you create the listing. As for titles, it's important to use high frequency but low competition keywords, to find out what they are you'll need to do some keyword research through google or erank depending on where you plan to sell.

Thank you Printify! With the 2 day shipping policy, are we good to charge for shipping on TikTok shop? I think I read on your website earlier that you recommend free shipping on TikTok because we're then exempt from the 2 day shipping policy?

That's a lot of sales in a short period of time! Since sellers won't get paid until 14 days after the product is delivered, what happens if the seller finds that they're not able to continue selling because they don't have more money to pay Printify in order to sell more shirts? Can they pause their TikTok Shop until they get paid?

Quick question for April if she pops back in here... April are you wearing the product in the videos you are creating? You mentioned 240 products. Do you order everyone of those to film a video?

Hey Connie! That is a really good question actually that I should have touched on... I am definitely not ordering every product. I do order a couple a week and make videos with them. I will make multiple videos with the same shirt though. I will make one just laid flat and video it. I will make one where I am wearing it. I will make one where I am talking about something completely unrelated to the shirt and just wear the shirt and never say anything about it and link the shirt. I also do not just make content about my shirts either. I am trying to grow a big following so I am just making all kinds of content right now. I am also doing some reviews on products (not mine) on Tiktok and I will just wear one of my shirts while I am doing the review. There are a lot of options to posting and growing a following and I don't think you have to limit yourself to just posting your products because you may not get as many followers. I think people like to know there is a person behind the business. Also, we should have probably touched on using the affiliate center in Tiktok. You can actually never post a video and have people post for you! I have had some success with this also. Once you add your products to the Tiktok shop you can choose to offer free samples to people that you approve and set a commission percent. They will send you a sample request and if you want to approve this request you will send them a free sample and they have to make a video for you. They will get a commission if someone buys one from their post so they are motivated to make a good post. I think of this as an advertising fee and offer it on all of my products. There are some great videos on youtube you can watch about using affiliates on Tiktok and offering samples. This is how I learned. Hope this helps :)

@@sarahcapps4357 Hey again! :) I do a lot of the same designs on both. However, I do much more personalized items on Etsy. That was the key to my Etsy success. I do not do any personalization on TikTok (yet). I do use the same way to research though as I just find what is trending and popular and I look for or make similar designs to those. Any of my bestsellers from Etsy will go on TikTok and vice versa. Just remember not to reinvent the wheel. If it is working and selling and people are buying it, design in that niche with a similar design..but better. I kept the names similar.

I put in so much time creating a lot of products on other items that are not on the TikTok shop-specific catalog. How can I tell if any of those products (that I already designed) will ship within 2 days, so that I don't violate any policies? OR do I have to transfer every single non TikTok shop-specific item to the TikTok shop-specific catalog items? Anyone who can help? Thanks!

Choosing another product or provider not listed in that section of our catalog, may result in longer delivery times for customers, forcing Tiktok to suspend your store.

I am not sure what you mean by the exploit part but I like to watch videos on youtube by Ryan Hogue and Simply Shawna and Cassie Johnson (there are so many) as they are always doing videos on what is trending right now. I also just like to go to Tiktok shop product marketplace and see what everyone is buying and then I know what is trending.
