I can dream of a light gun version with 2 players and the guns can be stored in the case like a hitman. Joysticks would be replaced by controller pads.

A two player metal foldable Pandora's Box arcade. It is nice if you wanted it to play with a friend but think that they should offer one with a Raspberry Pi and just rearrange the speakers.

I mean you could probably take it as is and do some modding, personally I'd swap the sticks and buttons out first then work from there

@@mentallychallenging That's a must, and the same goes for 1up arcade setups or Pandora's box. Still, parts breakdown helps because you can improve a lot over an existing template but don't want to spend money getting out the entire product and be left over with 90% of parts I won't be using.

The messed up input is a bumber for me. For ppl who want an simple quick play this definitely is not the solution. I wanted to buy one of these and thanks to your review i think i will wait for a better release in the future.

Bought one and replaced the pandora board with an atgames board, plus added all new switches and sticks, love it, I take it tailgating

I have a single player 8 button model. Can someone explain to me why on the one I have the hatch on the back has a spot for 3 batteries however double AA doesn't fit and of course triple aaa is the same doesn't fit. So what batteries could it take tour not getting a big c or d in it...

This is cool i have something similar I made with an AIO computer and Atari fight stick. Doesn't fold but small and light wood and I can bring anywhere runs on 1 power cable.

Thanks for finally getting and testing this Mr Wicked!! I requested this many moons ago but I know it was super expensive and still is. Would be interesting to drop a pi4 into this or even a PBx10th but I know the back is customised for this board only. It’s a shame you can’t use the joysticks on these plugged into a pc or pi (like on the pandora metal game box version) and then plug the pc or pi into this for hdmi. Just curious did you have to pay any additional customs fees btw? Thanks again, really appreciate!👏👌

You mentioned having to alter the wiring to get your "D" button to work, could you explain that for the uninitiated? Also, can you add/remove games? Is this running from a microSD or accessible HD that can be added to or are you stuck with whatever is preinstalled? Nice video, great review!

There should be a law requiring 4:3 option. It's literally a few command line parameters to do, and a simple option to display. BTW,good luck with all the unopened packages 😂

Like you said, plenty of room for a compartment to store those joy sticks. Also, those speakers REALLY should have been placed facing up below or above the face buttons, there was PLENTY of room, why they decided to place them upside down is a complete mystery to me. I'll never understand why people make amazing products with a couple decisions that look like they were implemented by someone that hates the product.

Wat doe jij eigenlijk met al deze Arcade apparaten . Je moet ondertussen wel een hele warenhuis vol hebben . Lol Ik heb zelf een arcade gebouwd in een oude imac G4 bolletje en ik heb GPD XD plus handheld , capcom Arcade als prachtig sieraad aan de muur en evercade handheld . En nog een witte tabletop van gabriel uit Spanje met pandoras box 3 D. erin De Mario en Zelda game and watch staan bij mij altijd aan in een kast voor de tijd en een nintendogeluidje als het uur om is . Lol

Great review, however if someone is willing to spend the kind of money that one would spend on a pretty powerful little mini PC, then this thing should work flawlessly out of the box. Most people would not know about the connection you pointed out when the button was not working and would not be willing to do a tear down to try to fix it. Thanks for the review, but I think I will pass.
