Unfortunately the light scattering effect on the silicone skin makes it difficult to capture the details and nuances of a JND studios statue. In person, the quality will blow you away but it's difficult to capture that look on camera 📷 😅 🎉👍 Congrats Batman and welcome to the JND world

I like my prime one version a hella lot more cost me less than half of this it's a bigger heavier comes with the bail head and tons of other swap outs it's hard to use the phrase so much better when comparing things that aren't really similar j&d can't really be compared to other statues to some of us they're not even statues these rubbery things you know statues are supposed to be hard you know like a statue I mean this Batman looks incredible it really does with the cow on this absolutely looks gorgeous but for over $2,000 is it so much better than prime one for example which I got for like 900 is it $1,100 better for something that's smaller and offers you so much less to me definitely not but I haven't seen this in person but again the way that I am I'd rather pocket that extra money and put towards something else

For it to be more movie accurate shouldn’t the Gauntlets be over the gloves not the gloves over the gauntlets? I like this piece but I feel the eyes are too big or showing too much of the eyes if that makes since. Like they aren’t pushed in enough on the masked portrait. I like the queens cape better. The mouth is way better than queens But still very nice.

Totally agree about the eyes. It's way too big/buggy. The details on the suit looks great, but the carbon fiber parts are not movie accurate either. They aren't suppose to have that clear/gloss look to it.

The capes off, the carbon fibre is way off, the mesh is wrong pattern. I wish they achieved the same likeness as the batman 2022. He deserves it.

It’s the best movie Batman ever, not just Dark Knight Batman. Even better with the Bruce Wayne combo. All true at least until Queen releases the 1:1 Bale Batman and sculpt. When you put it next to 1/3 Hush Batman reminds you that Bale wouldn’t last 10 seconds against Comic Batman in a fight lol

I did iron mine, just put a cloth on top of it before you iron the cape. The wrinkles are gone now.

Completely different pieces, especially since there is no bust with the Cowl. The pose in the JND is just killer. (better than the full life size Queen too). I have the JND Duo and pre-ordered the Queen bust as well. I think they will pair well.

The big negative is the clear, shinny plastic on top of the fiber parts. On the original suit (and their prototype), it was smoked and dull. I wish they hadn't changed it in the factory. Also, the cape isn't color accurate either. The outside should be much blacker.

My gripe with JND is that the plastic was changed from the prototype with no notice given to customers. This wasn't a minor change and it's a drastic difference from the prototype. JND charged a $700 deposit for the duo, so if you didn't like their change (which they post in a video right before shipping - they don't comment on any changes though), you're out $700. That's not how a high end company should act. They are charging a premium price for a premium product. I expect better customer service at this price point. The whole ordeal put me off JND.

@@Ultimate_Wasabi Honestly, it looks really good. It makes you appreciate the carbon fiber better and the contrast between materials. In some pics and footage the suit was slightly more shiny on the cabon. You can think this as a brand new suit.

@@thiagocarneiro2794 At almost $5k for the duo version, I want something screen accurate. If they want to make changes, then do it at the prototype stage and don't advertise it as being accurate. They did a change to Catwoman's heels that changed them from screen accurate (prototype - dull) to non-accurate (shiny). I think the changes are made by the factory and they either don't pay attention or don't care. In any case, at this price point it is unacceptable to make drastic changes and not give customers the option of a refund.

I am behind on the videos , so need to catch up 👍😊. Regarding this statue. To start I will never become a big fan of JND. And that is just for one simple reason: that their statues are really really over priced if we want to buy them here in Europe. Maybe other people want to, but I just never wanted to spend that kind of money on a 1/3. But there is no doubt about it, this one turned out great. I didn't like their Battinson face sculpt, but this Bale Batman could definitely fight for the best Bale Batman statue to date. The details of the suit are indeed mind blowing. The sculpt is stunning. A the likeness for me is almost spot on. Unfortunately, I really think that the high price is probably going to keep some people away from buying it. And that is a shame. Because this one really shows all the good JND can do. But congrats to the collectors who ordered this piece 👍👏👏.

Personally my experience with spec fiction has not been great I had two pre-orders with them put down my deposits the expected in stock time was 6 months to a year for the products to arrive and after a year wait I contacted them they responded that there were delays etc after a year and a half I asked for my deposits back they refused and at the time I was too naive and new in the game to challenge that which I regret now but what are you going to do so essentially they kept my deposits and I had to cancel the orders cuz I needed the money after waiting a year and a half so that's my experience with spec I think they're very shysty crooks and I understand that's how the game goes sometimes and it is what it is and those in power will always take advantage of those who are new to the game and unfortunately that's just a cycle that's expected but that's just my two cents

I think what looks off about the bale portrait is it's a bit too narrow. He looks kind of underweight to me compared to the body. Especially in the lower jaw and neck. Other than that I think the likeness is there.

Not that impressed with the Masked head sculpt or the unmasked head sculpt, he looks far to old looking, Queen Studios is far more accurate but then again I always have a problem with JND head sculpts.

I’m agree with and it’s for that reason that I’m not a big fan of JND. Sometimes make too much details on the portrait it’s not a good thing because the faces of the statues looks old. I prefer so far Prime 1 Studio and Queen Studios
