This is a beautiful video! I make a conscious effort to stay present. I looked out of my window today, and I saw a tree with only a few leaves left, those too will fall, however the tree keeps standing and growing without movement. The change happens you won’t see it, but believe it’s happening, and yet we still appreciate it. Appreciate your mind, nurture it in love, 🥰 and it will grow. 😊 I am going to post this message all over my social media x

The inner light is as real and is tangible as a light bulb and possesses a love beyond our understanding, but is accessible to the human being through the pineal gland and the heart..
