To get Netherite you'll need to mine Ancient Debris first, which can only be found in the Nether. When you enter the Nether you'll need to mine until you reach Y level 8-15. Most Ancient Debris will spawn at Y level 15. Once you get at the Y level, begin mining as you would normally.

For best experience to find Ancient Debris you must put the tnt only one block away from one another but if you want a even better chance then go about 100 blocks in the positives and go down to Y, 15 and make sure you have a shelf and use a bed to blow up. Hope this helps

You are so random and I'm totally here for it. 😂By the way, the reason the zombie pigs attacked is because you're lighting the TNT with flint & steel so "you" hit one with the TNT blast. If you use a redstone torch, you don't get blamed for it and they won't attack you. If you do go for a netherite beacon you'll definitely want to use the torch. :D Also, when you put the TNT 3 away from each other they basically chain together too quickly which means it fizzles out too early and doesn't light the next one. You already figured it out but 4 away is consistently the best for TNT although branch + bubble mining is best overall despite what you'll hear that says otherwise.

The problem with 4 gaps is that if you have Blackstone around, it can affect the blast and make it not reach the next block, which is why even his 4 gap mine would sometimes stop. But it's definitely better than slamming TNT like some other creators do

Cookie, the best way to get ancient debris is to go 1,2,3,4,5 with TNT, 1 block without TNT, and repeat that. Also the best level is Y, 10-12. This is just my experience. When I do this I usually get 20 ancient debris per trip with 2 stacks.
