Unlimited Satvik Thali @ Ekyam

Unlimited Thali as a concept has been in existence for decades and in some places, one can always see guests waiting outside. Limited Paisa do, Unlimited Khaao is some thing we all enjoy chahe woh kis barre Resaurant ka Buffet ho ya kahi ki Thaali.
Aisi hi ek Thaali you can have at Ekyam in Ambala. Par hold, it’s not your ordinary Thaali. It's a Thaali that is vegetarian, Created with the best of Ingredients, Use no Maida, No Sugar and no Refined Oil.
Aapki Thaali mein aati hai 4-5 tareeke ki Subzi, Multigrain Roti, Kachumber Salad, Kali mirch papad, Steamed Rice, aur to aur Meetha bhi. Yes, I’m not mentioning the subji aur dessert ka name as the Menu is on a Rotational basis and if you go there for 3 Consecutive Days (yes You can), Then you will get a different tasty Menu on all 3 days.
We went on Friday and humare khane mein thi
PAtod Curry, Aloo methi, Palak Choley, Chana Dal Pulav, Atta Roti, Chana Roti, Pachri, Mix Veg Raita, Kali mirch papad aur Chawal ki Kheer. Likh kar hi thak gaya. And all this under Rs 300 and that too in a super fine DIne Restaurant.
By paying 50 Rs Extra you can add Dal and Paneer dish to your Thali too. All this Unlimited 🙂
The owner Mr Rishi Believes in Clean Food, Positive Thoughts & Meaningful Life and usi maqsad se yeh restaurant bhi banaya hai.
Agar aap Thali nahi kha sakte ya nahi khana chahte, then you have multiple other options to order from A-La-Carte menu.
Juices, Soups, Salads, Chaats, Kabab & Tikkas and yes Seasonal Dishes too. Like in Sardi we had Sarso ka Saag aur Makki Ki Roti.
Agar aap Ambala se hai then kal Parso hi jaaiye, and agar Dilli, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Chandigarh, Ludhiana se hai then aate jaate Zaroor Khaiye. Bas 5 mins off the National Highway.
