Technically yes but the dealers run the show if he wants his delivery and tells me to sign his bills thats what i do. Thats why i text dealers when it comes to that so i have proof plus the video proof if there is ever a problem. I dont turn my bills in to anyone. Its a different process to confirm my deliveries
