UNLOCK 2nd and 4th ascendancies, what debuf to choose in the Trial of Chaos path of exile 2 POE 2

I use a Mind over Matter Blood Mage so I always choose lower defenses as my Energy Shield is in mana now and i dont have armour and evasion anyway

@@oliverweldner8704 yes fair, if you have no shield it works but this is niche among all build, like with CI all bleed poison and chaos you take as it is your immunity
