@@idiscovertech Thanks for covering these. I've always been interested in this space for some time. I think the H2S Pros really nailed it in the coffin for me. They had a chance to make the bypass crack during the betas but they chose to work on the H2S Ultras instead. I mean good on them for having a good OTA method through StarFun, but realistically, they're churning out e-waste. I wish they would just push stock bluetooth firmware onto them when they know they want to sunset the product. I mean, if it requires patching to work with the latest iOS or macOS, it would be nice if they could push a patch that would ignore the airpods connect method, and just connect through the normal Bluetooth stack like a normal headset. The sound quality is fine, the support is just awful. I mean, Apple's to blame, too. I wish they still honored the "this isn't a genuine device" thing, and let it run anyway. My Huilian 4.6s were perfectly fine, but now it's a brick when it comes to using it with Apple products. I can use it fine with my old Android and Linux/Windows PCs.

There isn’t. You need to find a specific file online. Also, there might not have any update support for 1562A on iOS 17

Ask the seller. Try downloading the Airreps apk app (found on google Reddit). If it connects to the app, then it’s an Airoha chip. In the app, it should say it’s which Airoha chip. If it’s not connecting, then it’s using another branded chipset

No you can’t. It’s not made for that model. CloudCC is only for Airoha chips. Not Huilian.

Johnny? Who’s that. They should be already be updated out of the box. If not, you can do it yourself with an Android device. For future software updates, if any are released, you’ll have to update it yourself

@@rhbx1752 you can only get the files from online sources if someone leaked it (researching online) or from the factory (which they usually would not reply to you, cause they usually sell domestically to sellers). You can try asking from whoever you bought if they have a way to update them.

Only for v5.2 TB. v5.2 Sunflower uses the Sunflower apk app. There may or may not have an update. You can’t use an iPhone

The CC Ultra is the default name for Tigerbuilder products. You’ll have to go back to settings and change it to whatever you want. For the serial, it may remove it due to bugs. You could add it back, but you’ll need to download another apk app.

@@rhbx1752 v5.2 Airoha 1562AE is not the same as v5.2 TB Airoha 1562AE. I imagine you have the v5.2 Sunflower. So, you have to use the Sunflower APK, and not the CloudCC APK

Try to activate the pairing mode. Open the lid, you should see a green LED, then hold pairing button for about 5 seconds or so. The case should then blink in white LED. Then they should appear

The firmware version 5E135 don’t matter on clones. You can see if it connects to those two apk apps. If it doesn’t, the you can’t update them

Try to reset them. Are they charging? If not, did you use any fast charger adapter? Avoid using fast charger, as the battery will degrade 2-3x faster according to some people.

The update release are not the same as the ones from Apple. As reference, Apple may release 1-2 updates every month. Compared to them, the factory for these earbuds releases one update once every 1-3 months. Also, the hardware in these earbuds need to be suitable for those features to work.
