yeah... uncap those low end char gives them stat boost so no need to aim high end units.... most of my party consist of one 5* only and most low stars char has good leader buffs

Adil (3*) and the golem, who you farm in the same way as owlbert but from ex chapter 2, 9-5. They give pierce buffs

It's a RNG drop. You have to run it multiple times.
