Thank you Sonia! ♥I bought one of your courses recently, I began but got sidetracked with some of those darker periods I'm afraid but I'll get back to it. I had a tearful day yesterday, but did some self love things like a walk in nature. This morning as I awoke I heard/saw words in my mind that said "Be aware, that you are loved" I answered 'but why don't I feel it so much?' The reply came, "We will open your heart more... end of transmission." So as I've been protecting my heart, and isolated for years, I think this was my guides. I do get these messages upon awakening, before my ego can kick in I suppose! Btw Sonia you have a spam message in here posing as real. They get clever.

Oh my! Not that long ago I had a lot of doubt about all this channeling, spirit guides and downloads stuff. But then I bought a new couch, which I seemed to be lead to, in a store I hadn't been in in years. It was less than I thought I'd have to spend, and it was perfect. The only problem was that I have hardwood floors and a tight nap oriental rug. It slid 2 inches back toward the wall every time I closed the lounger on it. I knew I could stop that from happening but I wasn't sure exactly how I was going to do it. Keep in mind that I'm handy. Just before I went to bed I looked back behind it and said out loud, now how am I gonna fix that. Probably two or three hours after I went to bed I started dreaming about building something. When I woke up I had a materials list in my mind, and a clear idea about exactly what I was going to build, as good as any work drawing I'd ever done. 30 minutes after returning home from the store I had a perfectly designed wooden frame, stained to match my hardwood (I had to buy the stain too) and after slipping it behind by couch to keep it from getting close enough to the wall for the lounger to hit it, my couch was truly perfect. Spirit guides, channeling, downloads, wow. It was just a matter of allowing my mind to open enough to recognize what had been happening with me for years. Thanks Sonia!

I have a grandson who had a spiritual awakening He couldn't cope with all the energies within him He was only 17 years old at the time Became telepathic psychic felt others energies all the time Went downhill not knowing how to cope with it all He then turned to weed to try relax from it Ended up bringing on psychosis then aged 19 diagnosed Scitzophrenia Hospitalized on and off now for last 8 years As his grandmother who witnessed his awakening still not convinced he has Scitzophrenia Just get misdiagnosed if it's out the box so to speak He still is telepathic and psychic to this day
