If you have time for a dry brine, i’d highly suggest that for chops. Makes a big difference especially if your chops aren’t the thickness of these. It’s easy to do before work. Also, let that pork REST 7-10 minutes after cooking BEFORE slicing into it. Super important to let the juices redistribute. Greets video. I’m going to try the sauce.

I mean ramen is a starting point at least, try adding some herbs, veggies, and meats to your ramen at first. Then you can get extra fancy and saute some of them in butter (and the seasoning) beforehand for extra flavor in the soup. Maybe even go egg drop style, or even drain the water and make it like a spaghetti of sorts. When it comes to cooking, yes you're gonna mess up occasionally but don't sweat it, mistakes are how you learn. Every dish is an experiment and a learning opportunity, and you dont have to start out making fancy expensive meals with like top notch ingredients. Once you can turn lower quality food into something that's still tasty that even your family would enjoy, then you can probably start playing around with more expensive ingredients as to lessen your chance of wasting or ruining them. Just practice and have fun with it, I've cooked nearly everyday since I started learning the basics at the age of three and am still by no means a professional chef at 23, but for the most part I make some damn good food these days and still experiment with recipes and flavors all the time because it's simply fun. Even with ramen... lol
