Unlock the Wonders of God Underwater: Scuba Diving & Snorkeling in Donsol, Philippines!!!

We had a great day scuba diving in Donsol, Sorsogon, Philippines! The boys needed to do several open-water dives to finish their scuba certification. Mom and Dad wanted to renew their certification from 20 years earlier, so we went diving together. We brought the whole family along, which made for a great time.
We took a boat from Donsol to San Miguel Island to a few great dive spots. We floated through the crystal clear water and were amazed at the beauty around us. After getting a bit of a refresher, Mom and Dad went in the water. Mom was nervous about filling her mask halfway with water and then blowing it out, all while being under water. Also, to taker her regulator out, put it back in, and clear it so she can breathe again. She wanted to give up, but stuck with it and was able to finish her renewal. She did a great job.
The scuba diving and snorkeling in the shallow bay was breathtaking. The clarity of the water was unbelievable. We saw so many bright and beautiful fish amongst the vibrant coral reef. The highlights were seeing a sea snake, seahorse, jellyfish, big starfish, Nemo and his family, conch shell, and more.
The kids had so much fun playing in the water. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch of adobo chicken. JoeJoe had fun watching the poop drop from the toilet off of the boat.
It really was an incredible day and was so amazing to see God's beautiful creations!
