I’m convinced the “universe” as stated in a different episode; God, or who/what ever, directs me to you guys. This is now multiple times it’s happened, i come up with thoughts on how to improve certain areas in my life and when I go to watch the new daily video each morning at work, I kid you not, it relates to what I was thinking about during my workout that morning or my walk to work. This morning while in a cold shower “man I need to figure out better sleep methods and the right type of mattress for me” and low and behold here we are. Whatever is dictating your main topics, please continue forward because I’m aligned with you guys on some subconscious level.

❤❤❤May I say you all are amazing. I literally STOCK KZbin for new podcast. I listen to you all everyday either a new or old episode. I have been trying to get better sleep lately so I can see the best results I could get. As a busy mom of 4 it isn't so easy to get the sleep I would to get in sometimes. However I still try. You all are a God send. I APPRECIATE all that you all do. ❤

Just love this channel, I'm 62 almost 63yrs, been obese all my life, been working out possibly 5 years. Been listening to your podcasts, they are so motivational and informative, I have increased my protein to around 200g a day 2000 cals. Finally I can see a muscle improvement. Inbody now 16.9% body fat. Keep falling off the wagon and need to up my workout program somehow. I'm 6 feet 196lb 😊👍

Wow! You guys must have a camera in my house. My sleep this week has been horrible. Like I feel like a psychotic b***h horrible. Making mountains out of mole hills, not very patient, anxiety through the roof. Between the grizzly bear I sleep next to, this southeast Texas triple digit heat we have, my brain overthinking my day, not being able to breath from my anxiety. 🤦‍♀️ Enjoy you guys sharing not just your professional lives here but also your family life. Appreciate it all. Thanks. 🙏

I know this comment might be a bit random but I hope this can be used as a testimonial to the difference this show has made in my life. I have struggled with weight loss most of my life. I lost a ton of weight when I was 23 before entering the military. Took a lot of bad advice on calorie reduction and using extra cardio. Safe to say it backfired. After years of going up and down, success followed by failure, the light turned on this year. I started doing keto and I quickly dropped 20lbs but then I stalled out and started brutally implementing cardio again and extreme calorie deficiency and low carb. It started to slip again until I found @Mindpumpshow. Simply implementing walking 2-4 miles a day, with sprinting and a mile run here and there on top of weight training to build muscle has radically changed my physique. I am now under 220. Started in January at 250. For the first time in seven years I can wear a size 34 pants. It's mind blowing how simple it was all along. Walk, lift, sleep (still improving that one 😂), and avoid sugar and heavy carb foods. Thank you guys bc my fitness journey finally has longevity and sustainability.

Prioritize •at least 6+hours sleep. •rest days, days off from the gym in between workouts. Cortisol levels can be catabolic to gains. Take for instance, Bro split, muscle groups have a chance to rejuvenate but your central nervous system is buffeted every day. We don’t grow at the gym we grow resting. Your muscles rejuvenate much quicker than your CNS. •protein and fats(not trans fats) •get out in the sun, 30 minutes of sun is better than thousands and thousands of iu’s of synthetic vitamin d. •don’t sleep on walking, one of the, if not the best exercise. In all actuality, exercise would never break the top 4 or 5 on the list. My biggest obstacle was making myself exercise restraint and making myself take rest days. 🤓

I use a BEDJET it’s a glorified fan that blows cool or hot air in your sheets keeping you cool. There’s no fancy settings like Eight Sleep but it also only cost $300. I love it, keeps me cool at night and when I travel I miss it but it’s so small I can pack it if driving.

The conspiracy talk is so fun. I had a couple friends who swore they saw a doppelganger once. Weird stuff. I'm barefoot about 98% of the time. I'm fortunate to have a job where I can work barefoot and I don't wear shoes at home. I was an advocate for freeing the toes before reading "Born to Run," but I was inspired to do some barefoot running through the grass and dirt for a while afterward. Haha

Interesting about the Ooler/chilipad/sleepme. I’ve become very dependent on my Ooler. And I’m super bummed because both units started leaking a few months ago and the extra warranty I bought said the leaking component isn’t covered 😩😤 My husband is going to try and fix it himself. Because it was so expensive I want to try to make them last longer but I’m also interested in the Sleep8 .

So the pyramid phenomenon...the only explanation that makes sense for me is, when God confused the languages of all people on earth because of the tower of Babel(Genesis 11), which was a zigarut. People began to group up based on language, they never fogot who they were. Of course zigarut isn't a pyramid but he concept is all the same. All of the cultures that built the pyramids did so to elevate themselves and to worship the sun. It makes perfect sense to me.
