This is the only thing I've ever wanted that ive never been able to acquire. So when I got the Sealed Nodachi to drop on PSO2 I lost my mind way more then I probably should've. I instantly Dropped everything, swapped to Hero, affixed it way more then I should've, and went on a murder spree. I'm so happy I have my Weapon camo ready for NGS. I will never use another camo, NGS allowing any Sub Class weapon to be used instead of just 'all class' weapons is just feeding into me using it more often lol

I got it on Saturday and nearly got it unlocked in one sitting. Watching movies to pass the time. When doing Harukotan as Hero you can just spam the weapon action and shoot everything. Don't even have to move. It's not fun but it's probably the quickest way to clear it. Love it and will probably use it forever lol

If you look at the Visiphone you can see how many enemies you've killed. So if you keep track of the number before you start killing you can see exactly how far into the grind you are next time you check the visiphone

@@CFEKOSMOS I think this is referring to a trick! I've heard that if you separate the golems, and kite one to the other end of the map and lose it, the fodder enemies will spawn quite a lot, near 1,000 before it slows down.

My brother had a J sword unsealed back in the PSO ep 1+2 days. Made clearing bosses that mich easier. However the sealed nodachi refuses to drop for me, and i run cradle at least 4-5 times when i play, and solo sodam, all with 500% rare drop rate. What am i doing wrong?

just unlucky, I'm afraid. If you're running cradle and the Final Space-Time Interstice at the hardest difficulties, you should get a drop eventually. It can help if you manage to run Cradle with an efficient party that can reliably get PSE Bursts in order to increase the drop rate, but as far as I know, later stages of (40+ or so) should start dropping them pretty commonly, or so I've heard.

As long as you get credit for the kill (i.e. get experience), it should be enough, as far as we know. You just need to have the sword equipped while that happens. =)

It's kind of hard to say, but supposedly, the only thing that matters is the enemy dies and you receive experience from it while equipped with the Sealed Nodachi. If you feel apprehensive about it, you can use the Sword's weapon action, as well!

I am not entirely sure, to be honest, but I do believe the game tracks kills by you as opposed to kills by others in your party separately, so I would err on the side of caution and do solos.

I'll be honest with you, I've been stuck on a mobile purgatory my entire existence, only very few rare times and weeks, have I been on computer but when I saw this game, I wanted to be on mobile, especially in the part where I can get a sword and roleplay play as one my favorite villain In fantasy. Right now is a hard time for the PC market given the worldwide shortage on Silicon, so its a bit hard to really recommend going too ham on it. What's your budget? Sorry about that! In previous games you had to unequip and use the sword, but PSO2 is a little bit different: After you get the 23,000 kills with the Sealed Nodachi equipped, check your title counter: The new title should be unlocked, with your prize in tow.

Unfortunately, I don't think it has changed much. The Sealed Nodachi can drop from Level 91+ Shiva, Ultra Hard Cradle and Drawn to Darkness, as well as UH Mining Base or Drawn to Depths. It can also drop from Sodam in Divide Quests, Final Space-Time Interstice, and HTPD. Cradle is honestly the least intensive, but if you're having trouble getting a group together for that now that NGS has launched, then Final Space-Time Interstice is probably the way to go, for hardcore farming. Be aware that you'll need to be fairly proficient and high level to do that, but if you get to a decent depth, the game should start throwing things like this weapon at you pretty easily. Other than that, just do all of the above whenever you get the opportunity.

@@SilhyGames No need to worry level-wise right now I am LvL 100 in my Hero Class and nothing less than lvl 50 for everything else so that won't be a problem. I'll just need a decent team to make the runs go faster and more efficiently, but beyond that, I will keep the missions I need to do in mind to get one of my PSO favorites back, even if it's just in ornament form, I never really took this off at all so it will be like old times.

The Sealed Nodachi can drop from Sodam in Divide Quests, Level 91+ Shiva, Ultra Hard Cradle and Drawn to Darkness, as well as UH Mining Base or Drawn to Depths. I recommend farming Cradle! You don't need to be Level 100, but most of these do require at least Level 85/85, such as Cradle. You should be able to get this with no problems, after that point, although it might take a few runs.

I believe that as long as you get credit for the kill (e.g. you get experience), that it counts. As far as we know, that is the case, so Cradle is a valid option, too. I personally preferred Rush Practice Harukotan because it is precise, but unlock the weapon at your own pace and while you're doing other content, surely. Keep the weapon equipped until you receive the title and you should be good. =)

So, it's a little a uncertain, but from what we've determined, I -think- you can. We've had reports of people simply keeping the sword as their active weapon while grinding Cradle, or other missions, and it came unlocked. If you wanna' be really certain, the simplest thing is to do it yourself, but so far things do favor that you can have friends help. =)

@@ogdeliriumajna6912 I'd say Hero would make it easier, but only because Hero is generally stronger and would make you clear faster, thereby exposing you to more drops. You can have it drop for either, though, so it's a matter of your own comfort, really.

Hey! The short answer is that we don't know. To be honest, I don't think so, just because the two systems are completely separate, but you can see if the kills accumulated in NGS are counting in PSO by checking your player records in the Visiphone in PSO2 Classic.

If you mean getting another camo by farming again no. Its a title so it counts for your whole account. If you mean having a party of people then to my knowledge yes. It counts for things like the daily 'kill x type if enemies' client orders so it should work for having the weapon equipped to

Well, I usually try to be quick and hefty on the delivery, but I was trying out some new editing techniques, and I also felt like maybe I should try and be a bit more natural this time around since we're reminiscing on the history of the sword and committing ourselves to a huge grind mostly for tradition's and fun's sake. But, hey, I guess it kind of came off a bit stilted. I'll definitely try to take that under advisement for next time and see if I can do it a bit better.
