Well, no folder passwords. By default, nobody has access to your mailbox anyway. If you want, you can share a particular folder, right click - Permissions. Add person(s) and set permissions.

Hello Doc, I hope everything is well. I have a question about the new Outlook app. Is there any way to back up emails, like creating PST or OST files? Thank you for your help!

Your Office 365 mailbox itself is the backup. If you want a PST, you will have to use Old Outlook. In fact, you can use Old and New Outlook together. New Outlook is available as a separate app on Microsoft Store. Both run together without a problem.

Sir I am using new outlook.. Which doesn't allow me to put old pst file.. Can u give me any solution?
