What are the advantages of short pimples over inverted rubbers for chopping? I use inverted rubbers in both sides and I see no benefit in using short pimples. Could someone explain it to me?

most of the short pimple rubbers are less sensitive to incoming spin than most of the inverted rubbers which means, it will be easier to keep a low trajectory when chopping. Also, it is easier to play non spin balls with a short pimple rubber. Short pimple rubbers are also easier when you need to flick the ball if your opponent misses his dropshot for instance.
