When you have the right teeth width, where are your bottom teeth relative to your top teeth ? I mean are they in-line, or are the bottom teeth in front of the top teeth? Also do you close your teeth as you ascend above high C ? (C above the stave), and do you move your bottom jaw forwards?

My teeth are near alignment vertically, but not exactly. As I ascend, I don't think about closing the jaw (it stays more or less in the same position), but it does move forward.
