Soumyadip Biswas Pro-wrestling has always been scripted, even before WWE. CMLL came into existence in 1930 and it promoted scripted wrestling so yeah, pro-wrestling has never been legit.

Soumyadip Biswas Nope, it was still scripted but it was less safe back then and guys had to be ready to shoot in certain circumstances. They guys were legit back then but wrestling still wasn't because nobody can hit any cool moves if their opponent isn't willing to take them properly and safely.
