Unlocking a Razr Without knowing the code

If you have any general questions about this, I wont personally be able to answer them for you as I sold my razr and got a Sony Ericsson K790a (Way better). Hopefully another youtube user will be able to help you.

That wasn't from the speaker. The sound that you hear at 0:40 and other time was from my Cell phone connecting to my network. The consistent static noise was caused by my webcams horrible microphone.

For Sim Unlock you can call your service provider for the unlock code or down grade the bootloader.

try this: during the 'phone code' press the upper middle button that acts as menu [not the one in between the directional buttons}, when It's done the phone will ack for security code, then press 00000 or 12345. it only unlocks the phone if you have not change your security code.

I get some weird interference noise/beats coming through my laptop speakers, each time this guys phone makes a sound 0:41. I noticed that same interference noise/beats in some other video on youtube about cell phones. Does anyone know what could cause this?

@frankster262 No There is no way to do that. UNLESS its verizon. then you can get free software that allows you to gain access to the phones files. I think this works with at&t and sprint. Or if you have a microsd slot, transfer the file to the sd and put it in the adapter and plug it into your computer.

Note that this is NOT a way to unlock to phone for use on multiple GSM networks, it is a way to gain access to a phone with a password on it.

I think this unlocks the phone when the user has set a phone password, it has nothing to do with SIM card PIN. If the SIM is locked after failing PIN and PUK you must replace it

Didn`t work on mine. I did get my background pic and try to, but the sim code is still required for me to be able to use it. But when entering the code I didn`t have to watch the "intro" ^^

Actually its only the last four digits til you change it. I changed mine from the default and tried this., It does work.

my girlfriend has a v3xx, you can unlock it by pushing the middle button or the menu button ( not exactly sure which one) and the line should change from typing in 4 digits to having to type in 6 digits aka your security code, which is normally six zeros or 1...2...3...4...5...6 unless someone changed it. it works, there is no tricks to it

This only works if the lock is on the phone itself. If the person is smart, they'll have a lock code on the SIM chip *and* the phone. So you can unlock the phone, but the SIM chip will still request your pin. And you can do this trick all day long, but it won't unlock your SIM.
