To unlock the upgrade you have to personally sort the trash says it on the upgrade but you will need to do this for a upgrade futher in the game. Pallet jack light turns green when you can lift it you dont have to be right under. The deals give more xp the more days you have left. When bargaining start high and slowly go down the closer you are the more they will more if your too far they will more $1 same with the trash deals start low asf. You went from stage 1 to stage 2 you can buy the robot now.
