Would adding bfr bands to my leg workout increase gains ? Is it ok for whole workout or to only use for one excercise each session. Please elaborate :)

BFR isn’t a superior method training. It’s just another tool in the toolbox. BFR is particularly helpful in scenarios where you’ve got a lower body injury and can’t load heavy, or if someone has a niggling back issue where spinal loaded exercises are out. It’s also a novel fun technique I personally use for exercise variation. Remember the thing that’s going to drive muscle la growth is “proximity to failure” and optimal weekly set number!
