You can add 3 major exercises in each day For pull - something vertical like lat pulldowns with different grips, horizontal- rowing, then t-bar row or landmine row. Ending up with biceps curls & hammer curls For push - bench press or incline bench press, shoulder press, cable flies, tricep pushdown, overhead extension and lateral raises I hope this helps until krissy will upload a video on it. Leg days are my absolute favorite. The only kind of exercises I don't do for lower body are the cable ones. Love cable for upper body, but for lower body I absolutely dislike it. I feel like I never do them right and I don't feel the right muscles and feels really strange. RDL is my absolute favorite lower body exercise.
