They are totally using your music. Everyone is playing fast and loose with the rules. The fact that pond5 snuck datasets into the tos and then made everyone’s content available to to these companies and then, paid everyone tells you everything you need to know. They thought they could pay everyone off. I was outraged when I discovered this and turned off permission. What pond5 did was really shitty and underhanded. They are counting on you taking the money in the short term to support their long term grift. They already took another 20% of sales so you are only getting 30%. What more evidence do you need that they are going to keep finding new ways to take your money?

Did the same thing and opted out. I dont want to be a part of any AI training. Every music producer who respects his craft, has to say no to AI training.
