So um , what do i do if the lootable item is NOT in rattlegores room? im confused and now stuck not knowing what to do next if i cant get this item ........ i have reset the instance and tried again , still not there

Like the old instnace you need to clear the rooms around darkmaster gandling to summon him.

If you are a Paladin and you can't find Angela Dosantos, she is most likely sitting next to the stairs of the church in Light's Hope.
