I watched a video and the city planner had huge issues with traffic due to parking lot just giving you heads up since the city isnt that populated yet

The area between the uni district and the downtown area could also be an extension of the downtown with financial district etc love your content

I don’t know if you have districts yet but you can make designate services to their own district of your choice
