❓Questions To Review From Episode:
1. Using your reasoning mind, and begin to reason yourself into a decision toward a yes answer:
2. Now take the same situation and reason yourself out of it:
3. Looking back to your answers, which one was easier to do? Then go back to the answer that was easier for you to answer and under- line the patterns of thought that tend to trail off into a nightmare of scenarios in which you need more paper to explain it.
Next, where do you believe these ideas came from and do you have a personal experience to match that idea in your mind? Explain.
4. Using what you have identified as your values, explain below what has been stopping you from living those values. Focus on opening the heart and understand why these are so important to you. Notice where you are programmed to use a story that keeps your will focused on either a positive or negative outcome.
5. Now looking at the situation you identified in your reasoning exercise, how have you used your will in recreating that pattern again and again?
6. Take the same situation and try to remember when this pattern began as a child. Look for a root that has equaled out to a similar feeling as your unwanted result.
7. Thinking about only YOU in this situation, coming from a neutral state where you can respond from a higher vantage point. How would you perceive the situation differently now from the heart rather than the ego?
8. Now for the fun part. Use your imagination to go through the situation again and rewrite using all of your spiritual assets. Take your time as this is practice using this in your everyday life.
9. Start by taking your value statements from chapter 4 and link each one to a situation where you can change your perspective to be in alignment with that value, what your heart wants.
10. Take a thought pattern that normal plagues your mind with no answer in sight and apply it to the questions below:
Where do you believe this idea or thought pattern came from?
11. Why am I playing with this idea? Is it linked to a core value? Ex- plain.
12. Is this idea going to help me or take me away from my heart desire?
13. Am I willing to take responsibility for my thought patterns to date? Why or why not?
14. Are my thoughts creating my future? If so, explain below if you continue the same patterns what do you think it will yield you?
15. Understand that you have had a recurring roadblock or red flag from your heart before the thought is put into action. Identify what you think your red flag signs have been and how you plan to operate with them from now on?
