You can tell this guy had serious issues with addiction in his life. He's so humble and that comes from admitting you have a problem, getting treatment and attending meetings and stuff. Respect man.

Producers these days don't think on this type of level. They all trying to create beats in under 5 minutes and make a hit.

Real talk, but this guy also has a special gift as well as an incredible work ethic

HELL YEAH! I DO BEATS AND SOMETIMES I CREATE SOME OF THE STUFF OUT IN THE LAST 15 YEARS AND I CAN WITH 2 FINGERS IN 20 MINUTES.

Tryna make a hit isn't a bad thing, depends what charts you're aiming for. If you're aiming for Billboard no.1 then you'll fuck up, if you aim for uban billboard or a club banger, you'll be fine.
@iPartyHardcore9 жыл бұрын
Suq Madiq also depends on your taste in music. Everybody doesn't need to make hits, in my opinion.

Wow refreshingly honest words from Timbo at the beginning and how they were able to move on and get their friendship back. Friendship trumps everything. Timbaland is responsible for Tom Ford, fantastic!

He was right about Kanye's album. Each time I listened to it I found another song I liked and eventually ended up liking the whole album. A slow burning album. And MCHG is crazy also.

@axedoctor11 жыл бұрын
Its not that Timbo is better than Dre or JT or anyone else, its when Timbo brings his touch of talent, his extra spin to things, his touch of magic to a song that "adds" to it, that contributes and helps an artist express what an artist is trying to have us listeners feel in a song. There is not one song out there that is done by just one person. It's always done by collection of human talent. Its not about greed when a song works, its the passion of human talent. And it is beautiful.

I got more than love for Timbo. Dude's one of my idols. His music helped me develop into the guy I am now. So I got nothing but smiles listening to him big this album up. At first I was skeptical, now I'm intrigued. Part of me still thinks it'll be trash but u never know.... hip hop needs something progressive (and not shitty) for the heads.

anyone who thinks this record is sub par is stuck in the past and cant take music for what it is. every aspect of this album is high quality, the beats are amazing, and jay remains on that god level. if anyone thinks different go sit down and re listen to the album. the album is unskippable. Heaven is the best song, some of the realest shit he has said in his whole career

I'm feeling the album and I think Tim went crazy on it. I was glad to see he did the majority of the production, because Pharell, Swizz, and Rick Rubin aren't consistently making great beats. I wish Jay would do a album solely produced by Tim and Ye.
