Ahhh now I know why I not only love, but actively seek out, solitude. It's a 'sun-in-the-12th-house' kind of thing. But since I still find all the visions and voices down-right TERRIFYING - especially their accuracy - I'm not quite feeling like it's a "gift".

I ***LOVE*** that we went backwards through the houses (the last houses & signs always get short shrift but then as a Pisces Sun in the 3rd conjunct my IC PLUS an anaretic (29 degrees) Mars in my 12th House (Scorpio there) tightly conjunct a Neptune (28 degrees in Scorpio) AND also conjunct my (1 degree Sagittarius) ascendant, I just might be biased here ;-) LOL! I do like the school of astrological thought that describes your time from conception (fertilization of egg by sperm) to birth as what your womb / in utero life was like (and very much how you experienced your birth mother's pregnancy) by the sign on your 12th house (in my case it was Scorpionic). I got lucky I didn't get the Scorpio Ascendant (often an indication of a very deadly / near death experience for the mother, the baby, or both, and a difficult birthing process) but the happy go lucky Sagittarius ascendant (I was born ~5 days earlier than the doctors projected, I guess I couldn't wait to get out into the world & start traveling / exploring the big wide world! ;-). The luminaries (Sun & Moon) & any planets in the 12th may also yield clues as to what your womb & pre-birth experiences were like & aspects to those may also help you understand what relationships between the bodies ('easy' & 'hard' though often what starts 'easy' becomes challenging later, because you are in danger of taking your 'good' aspects for granted & become 'lazy' or presumptuous about them & what starts out as 'difficult' often becomes a gift to enjoy in the future) go back to the experiences of pregnancy & birth. If you are going to do things like hypnosis for past life regressions, etc, knowing a bit about your 12th especially before you undertake it can help you get more out of that work, ask better questions around that process. I will say that as you get older, any 12th house stuff is somewhat easier to access (ditto those outer & trans-personal planets). Figure that you'll start to feel the power of your Saturn when it returns for the 1st time (~ages 28-30), your Lunar Node (~age 18-19 is the 1st nodal return, but by ages 30-36 the 'treasure' hidden in that South Node, the karmic gifts of previous lives that has felt familiar but seems to hold you back until that age becomes your tool & it's easier to go towards that North Node with those activated & in hand). For me the anxiety of being young started to decrease close to when I hit age 42 (the Uranus opposition, the Uranus return happens at ~age 84, we're at a unique time in human history because the vast majority of people are finally living long enough to reach their Uranus opposition (for thousands of years ~age 40 was the usual time of death for so many of our ancestors) & barring accidents, now life spans also indicate the Uranus return is within most people's realm of possibility. That Uranus opposition feels like a big 'out of the blue' change, you can never quite predict how it will manifest, but I find that a lot of people age 40+ tell me that the anxiety they felt in their pre 40s years seems to suddenly lessen. The Chiron return (at ~age 50) is also interesting & given how 'new' a body it is to astrology (discovered in 1977) it can be a time where your receive your skills at healing others, teaching them & mentoring those who are younger than you. And having been through my exact Chiron return, yes I'm interested in all things Chiron now (I'm 51 but I feel like if I can figure out Chiron now, later on when my 2nd Saturn return comes along (ages 58-60), along with my 5th Jupiter return (age 60, Jupiter returns are every 12 years & they are F-U-N fun!), I should be in good shape for my golden years. So I vote yes please to a Chiron talk by Lisa & Amanda! To me astrology is all about timing & pursuing opportunities in their right times & acting to avoid difficulties at the right times as well, astrological charts are excellent guides to this & the houses show what areas of life you need to be focusing on (natal being life long, transits being paying attention to what a given 'season of life' is asking you to look to & synastry being how a person (or entity if you are discussing mundane astrology) is supposed to influence you.

Scorpio Asc, NN and Neptune here, never afraid to go deep. When I started studying Astro it explained so much. At parties I could get into convos that I guess should’ve been surface and man y don’t feel comfortable with those kinds of convos. I’d get 🤨 from people. 😆 Hadn’t heard about small animals being an 11th trait. I learned small animals/pets 6th and large animals 12th, there are so many meanings to the houses, and pets can be our best companions. I would also add, in case I didn’t hear, that 4th house is also possession of self, values. Great talk. Very much enjoyed.

I came across an interpretation of 12th natal sun placements that really resonates: Those with that natal Sun placement have the rare ability to embrace and be the complete “whole” of the sign the Sun occupies. To be the Goddess Supreme, beyond gender and human differences - quite overwhelming - so the choice to attain mastery is with the individual. It is easy to manifest any of the possible embodiments that constitute the Whole. I can attest to the surgery experience. I had a preventative double mastectomy when Pluto was on my moon in the 2nd opposite my Saturn in the 8th. No way out but through. Seemed to be such a big deal at the time but it came and went. Once I surrendered it was almost easy.

My divorce was the coolest and easiest divorce! My Wasbund and I are still Very Good Friends! We were legally married for 14 years but we were together 10 years! I am friends with all my ex boyfriends and all my ex boyfriends were all cool with each other when they met! I had some really GOOD men in my life . So I always made sure the breakups weren't so heartbreaking. I suppose bc my very first breakup at 19 was Devastating for me . So that pain was something I never wanted to inflict on anyone nor experience that ever again! And I Created that in my relationships! I am a Libra with a Pisces Moon snd Sagittarius rising
