I enjoyed this movie thoroughly when I first saw it 3 yrs ago, and understood that a Vague sense of metaphysical philosophy was being communicated.. However having gone through another spiritual ascent since then, everything broken down makes so much more sense. The segment of “your pain is blocking you” is extremely relevant to the current panic of today. Thank you. This was great.

When I saw this in the movie theater one of my first thoughts was that not everyone would understand the movie. Its brilliant. But its heavy on philosophy and subtlety, hidden under in your face action. Most people just gravitated toward the action and thus thought it sucked. But it was never about the action.

Maybe you leave your body but pay attention the next time you come down from a daydream (time travelling). Our lifespan happens all at once. There is not time frame. Your 5th deminsonal person is stuck in the 4th. What the movie incidious 1 and 2, like a documentary. They basically show you bipolar disorder( 2 souls in 1body) or when another is taken over by another soul. Thats where the left handed people come into play and why it's taboo.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it is all mental while the real ascencion comes from the heart, and that they show that the brain is more powerful than the heart but the heart is so much more than the brain than that they let you see in this movie. I think you agree with me and that thing with jesus and those miracles if you truly know that everything is consciousness and that this world that we live in is an hologram to speed our evolution up that isn’t going to stop, anybody can do it. Yeah they skipped over the balance of things. The heart is necessarry for compassion and love. But now that I think about it a bit further. This was all about how a drug enhanced her brain activity. It was a sole adventure and everyone's brain is their own. They might have the same biolagical structure and capabilities, but the memories and everything is personal. That's why she disappeared alone. However, you need the heart to evolve with the brain to take others with you. Or rather, show them so they could also evolve. It's a pity they didn't touch upon the point you made. But movie budget and time is only so long. It's hard to cover everything in such an amazing way they did now.

I loved the movie. I also liked looking at eye candy like Lucy. I thought about some of the potential that the movie made me think about, but no sooner than I started to imagine us humans evolving, a light came down from the sky and punched me in the head. Then I thought, we can't even stop killing each other in made up wars and other human mischief long enough to take any glowing blue stuff that would make us stop doing the crazy stuff that we do. Lucy is a very good movie for humans to watch in about 1000 years provided we are still here. Truthfully, we are not ready to evolve yet. To bad, so sad we presently are.

7:05 I don't think it's as questionable why he kept him alive. Why would she kill him? To dispose of the evil in the world by doing evil yourself? What would make her actions different from theirs. Because she's doing it out of revenge and they are the bad guys? They are the bad guys because we don't know their story. I believe this channel preaches this too, so I am even more confused why it is disregarded as a simple appeal for the general consciousness. You answer with love. You try to point out the other person's mistakes and pains in hope to let them grow as a person. Violence is not the answer. I am starting to remember that she might have killed others earlier on or later on. But I think letting the leader live is a powerful scene in showing love and forgiveness.

I hadn't thought of it that way. The way the movie showed it, though, Lucy looked like she just left them alive, because she did not feel threatened by them as she became more powerful. She doesn't show any emotion, namely compassion, on herface, so it's hard to tell if she is acting out of love or disinterest. It could be the creators left that for the audience to decide. However, I feel that the way you've described would have made the ending so much more meaningful.

The scene with Lucy the protagonist and Lucy the australopithicene was a call back to the famous Leonardo Da Vinci scene of the Sistine Chapel ceiling mural with God and Adam touching index fingers, only in this version, God was wearing a little black dress and sitting in an office chair, and it was the Australia picnic end that had a beard. Epic.
